- If a package is returned because of a incorrectly entered ship to address by the customer, the customer will need to replace the order and assume the cost responsibility for a replacement order. A refund will not be given for any faulty entered address given by a customer. - Customer has read and understands our shipping & order policies. - Customer agrees to be home on the day of delivery and near the time of delivery. - The Sheboygan Bratwurst Company is not responsible for the judgement of the shipping company's driver. - The Sheboygan Bratwurst Company has the right to substitute a flavor with another flavor if its out of stock. The flavor chosen to substitute your first choice will be similar in spice/flavor. - Wholesale orders may take up to 2 weeks before delivery is made. You will be notified when shipment is going to be made. Regular wholesale customers who order similar flavor orders at consistent volumes will usually have their order shipped the same week.
